To thank you for your support Pets Place are offering BONUS POINTS.  As soon as you start shopping you will start to earn BONUS POINTS.  They are calculated at the end of each order.  Once the points have been confirmed, BONUS POINTS can be used as and when you like, towards any future order placed with Pets Place Online. You simply follow the prompts on the checkout pages and we do the rest.  There are no restrictions as to how many BONUS POINTS you can use or on which items.  BONUS POINTS are not rewarded on items that are being purchased with points.

Each item is allocated a number of BONUS POINTS.  Points currently have a value of 1p for each point.  If you gain 50 points you will earn 0.50 pence towards a future purchase.  This rate may change.  We may also offer special promotions where extra BONUS POINTS may be available.

BONUS POINTS are only available to the logged on members of Pets Place Online and are not transferable to other members.  They are not exchangeable for cash.  Orders that are cancelled or returned (under our returns policy) will have the BONUS POINTS deducted from your account.
